Potty training kids can be a nerve wracking time for both the parents and children as they learn to look for and control the signs for urination and bowel movements. Parents of the previous generations started potty training sooner than parents do today. Just give them constant training until the toddler gets older and can hold their urine or bowel for longer periods of time. These are all part of a potty training market intended for stressed parents. Parents should know when and how to potty train his toddler, tips for potty training girls or boys and the problems encountered on potty training.

Do not feel disappointed if your child is making improvement on his training and then he suddenly regresses.

Children respond to toilet training differently. When your child is now ready to toilet rain on child care center, the staff or caregivers must be very well informed on how to handle your child. Potty training by strangers usually makes the children stressed out and therefore they keep wetting their pants.

To correct your child's behavior, you should support your child. Failing to dress the child properly is one of the biggest faults of the parents. And you must always bear in mind that your child is doing his very best against more complicated conditions than the normal child.

When your child is sick, when he is on vacation or when he is under stress, do not try to potty train him.

If your child suddenly wets or soils his pants, do not scold and punish him. Do not bribe him to use the toilet and most of all, be very patient and consistent in training your child. And if your child had a bad experience in his training, it is very challenging for a parent to persuade him to try training again.

Parents should do something in case their kids take a longer time in their training. They should always follow their schedule and instinct. Whenever they take their child out, bring extra clothes in case there is an accident. You can also bring a travel potty to continue their potty training.

Even if there are problems and resistance from your child, in the end they will learn from the training. Potty chairs should also look attractive to them so they will feel the need to use it. Toilet training a child is considered one of the most challenging stages of being a parent.
